With journeys starting in far-flung corners of the world, from the Isle of Man to Buenos Aires, the Cash of the Titans team have crossed continents to be finally reunited in Cayenne, French Guiana!
We'll be spending a few days here to settle in, brush up on our French and do some last minute planning before we head into the jungle.
Never wanting to be far from nature, we spent our first day exploring the city's Botanic Gardens. It's a beautiful space, home to a range of tropical plants, a multitude of birds and insects, and a long-term team favourite, Mimosa pudica, a tropical legume which curls up when touched as a neat defence mechanism!
We've also wasted no time in starting to film for our upcoming documentary on our research and expedition...
